As a pet parent, we know how important it is to ensure your furry friends receive the best care possible while you're away. At Trusty Paws LA, we are dedicated to providing top-quality pet care services. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers to help you make an informed decision.


How long have we been in business? Trusty Paws LA has been in business for several years, serving over 170 pet owners. Our team has over 20 years of experience caring for dogs and cats.

What areas of Los Angeles do we cover? We offer services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Culver City.

What services do we provide? At Trusty Paws LA, we provide the following services:

  • Dog walking: 30-minutes, 45-minutes, 60-minutes
  • Dog and cat visits: 30-minutes, 45-minutes, 60-minutes
  • Overnight care: We will stay in your home for the evening and morning caring for your pets.
  • Pet transport: We can transport your pet to the vet, groomer, etc. when you aren’t available.

What kind of pets do we provide services for? We provide care for dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, gerbils, chickens, and fish. Some of our sitters have considerable experience caring for horses as well.

Do pets need to be current on vaccinations? Yes. If there are extenuating circumstances, we can discuss.

Do we offer group walks? No. We provide individualized services, and we do not walk your dog with any other client's dogs. However, if you have multiple dogs, we will walk them all together.

Do we offer in-home boarding services? No. We believe pets thrive in the comfort of their own home, following their usual routine. We accept one-offs, but very seldom.

Do we charge more for holidays? Yes. There will be a holiday surcharge for all services, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Eve & Day.

Do we have a cancellation policy? Yes. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of service will be charged 50% of the total fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full (Excluding Holidays). Holidays – payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

How far in advance should you book your dates with us? The earlier, the better. For holiday services, we get booked months in advance, so it’s on a first-come, first-serve basis.
